Our Services

Here are two typical examples of our asset disposition services, along with some pros and cons of each. We can also work with you to find a customized or hybrid solution that best fits your unique situation.

Consignment

Pros:
Free up space in your facility during the sales process.
Greater potential proceeds from the sale of any given item compared to the "Lump Sum" model.
Cons:
Deferred collection of any proceeds until after items are sold to 3rd parties
May receive no money from items that do not sell, and could incur disposal fees.

Lump-Sum Purchase

Pros:
Receive immediate payment for your items with a single hassle-free transaction.
We assume any risk associated with non-sellable items and their disposal.
Cons:
Less potential for proceeds from any given item compared to Consignment.

Procurement

We don't just sell equipment for our clients, we can assist in the acquisition process as well! Looking for an unusual or specialized item? We've developed relationships with a wide network of equipment dealers which we can utilize to help you procure hard to find equipment.

We do not conduct live on-site auctions. Here's why:

While they may be useful for estate sales and "Storage Wars" as popularized on TV, live auctions are a sure way of minimizing return for specialized equipment and instruments. Live auctions can be a chaotic scene with random people traipsing around your premises- mainly curious bargain hunters who have no real knowledge about your specialized equipment and who typically bid at a fraction of an item's true value. Your loss is their gain.

Our approach ensures we only target serious end-user buyers who are willing to invest a fair market price for your equipment. This means we're able to make you a better offer up-front for "lump-sum" purchases, and greater returns on consignment.
